The objective of the Exhibition Manual is to let you know what is being done to ensure that PRINTPACK INDIA 2009 is the biggest and most successful event ever.

The Manual is intended to provide you information on elements necessary for a successful Exhibition and a checklist of activities that could be undertaken to get the maximum mileage from exhibiting at the show. Essentially, it is an information resource on various activities.

The Manual has been designed to make it logical and easy to follow.

Hence, make most of the contents of this Manual to make PRINTPACK INDIA 2009, a cherish able event. See you at PRINTPACK INDIA 2009.

1.0. ITPO

India Trade Promotion Organisation, the premier trade promotion agency of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Government of India), is committed to showcase excellence achieved by the country in diverse fields especially trade and commerce.

ITPO provides a wide spectrum of services to trade and industry and acts as a catalyst for growth of India’s trade. ITPO approves holding of international trade fairs in India and regulates holding of various expositions in India primarily to avoid any duplication of efforts while ensuring proper timing. It manages India’s world class exhibition complex which is constantly upgraded to keep it in a high standard of readiness. Spread over 149 acres of prime land in the heart of India’s capital, New Delhi, Pragati Maidan offers about 61,290 Sq. Mtr. of covered exhibition space in 16 Halls, besides 10,000 Sq. Mtr. of open display area. The state-of-the-art exhibition halls have enhanced the appeal of Pragati Maidan as the ideal centre for an increasing number of fair organizers and business visitors from different parts of the world.

ITPO has an extensive infrastructure as well as marketing and information facilities that are availed by both: exporters and importers. ITPO’s overseas offices at New York, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Moscow and Sao Paulo assist buyers seeking information relating to sourcing products from India and providing opportunities for enhancement of India’s trade and investment.

Similarly, ITPO’s Regional Offices at Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai, through their respective profile of activities, ensure a concerted and well coordinated trade promotion drive throughout the country.
 
 

 

1.0.  IPAMA

Indian Printing, Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers Association (IPAMA), an independent apex body for promoting the interests of Indian Graphic Arts Industry is the co-organiser of PRINTPACK INDIA 2009.

IPAMA is the only body of manufacturers of machinery, inclusive of Printing, Packaging & Allied Machinery, organising National and International Exhibitions of on-going technology and state-of-the-art equipment, Seminars, Conferences and Workshops.

IPAMA is a two-way conduit. Matters of concern to the Industry are taken up with the Government of India and other National and International Associations. The outcome of interaction are disseminated amongst the members.

12.0    PRINTPACK INDIA 2009 Profile

PRINTPACK INDIA 2009 is another landmark in the business cycle. It is tailored to provide a Global forum to the industry, to know about new products and services, change in technology and conduct business. It will be an ideal opportunity for manufacturers of machinery to meet the end users of their machines, for mutual benefit. Highlight will be India design, devised and produced world-class Graphic Arts equipment & machinery. It will be not-to be missed opportunity for marketing, joint venture and outsourcing of components and even skill man power.

While, time-tested and traditional printing and packaging continues to be strong and shall form core of the exhibition, the future belongs to DIGITAL. The Thrust will be on Colour Printing, Packaging, Post-press and Finishing. This will be reflected in the exhibit’s profile.

At PRINTPACK INDIA 2009, entire gamut of activities from content creation to output and state-of-the-art technology will be on display.

PRINTPACK INDIA 2009 will be highly informative show window of the industry and the technology of the times. It will be future trend-setter.

13.0 Rule & Regulations of Participation

 

13.1     Exhibits

Only products manufactured by the exhibitor and related to Graphic Arts Industry will allowed to be displayed.

13.2     Eligibility for Participation

a)      Manufacturers and Traders of Printing machinery, components, accessories and parts.

b)      Manufacturers and Traders of Packaging machinery, components, accessories and parts.

c)      Manufacturers and Traders of Allied machinery, components, accessories and parts.

d)      Representatives of Printing, Packaging & Allied Machinery Associations and Embassies and Trade Offices representing their countries in India.

13.3.   Participation & Subletting

There is no legal right of participation accruing to anybody. ITPO/IPAMA has sole discretion to deny participation to any applicant without assigning any reason therefor.

Subletting or transferring of stall space to a third party is forbidden. Exhibitors will not be allowed to display products which are not included in the application forms submitted to ITPO/IPAMA. Prior permission is required to be obtained from ITPO/IPAMA for any alterations in the exhibits list.

13.4.  Minimum Space Booking

Under Shell space, the minimum area to be booked is 15 Sq. Mtrs. (5M frontage X 3M depth) and more in multiples thereof. Under Bare Space, the minimum area to be booked is 75 Sq. Mtrs. and more in multiples of 15 Sq. Mtrs.

Fraction of Sq. Mtr., if any, will be rounded of to the nearest higher full Sq. Mtr. for the purpose of calculating rent. If the area allotted to participants varies from the area applied for, to suit the requirements of overall layout of the Exhibition, the exhibitors will be liable to pay rent for the area actually allotted.

Taking into account the large number of visitors to PRINTPACK INDIA 2009, minimum 40% of the area of the stall should be left free by the exhibitors for the movement of visitors to avoid congestion.

Participants are advised to bear this factor while booking the space.

13.5.  Payment

All payments should be remitted through an Account Payee Cheque or Demand Draft, drawn on any scheduled Bank and payable at par at New Delhi in favour of IPAMA – PRINTPACK INDIA 2009 or India Trade Promotion Organisation.

Full & Final payment should be made on or before 29 November

Failure to remit the installments in time will attract penal interest @ 2% per month or part there of.

No participant will be allowed to bring in the exhibits into the Exhibition ground if he is in arrears to ITPO/IPAMA either towards Space Rentals / Electricity / Compressed Air / Water / or of any other nature.

13.6.  Late Applications

Subject to availability of rental space, late applications from exhibitors may be entertained by ITPO/IPAMA. The last date for such applications is 7th December 2008. Allotment of space or rejection of such late applications will be at the sole discretion of ITPO/IPAMA.

13.7.  Cancellations

In case of cancellation of participation by any of the participant at any stage, no refund of money paid till that date will be made by ITPO/IPAMA.

Also, no refund of money received till that date will be made in case of postponement or cancellation of the Exhibition by ITPO due to force majeure and reasons beyond ITPO’s control. In the event of such postponement or cancellation of PRINTPACK INDIA 2009 too, ITPO/IPAMA shall not be liable for any losses or damages, consequential or otherwise, arising out of such postponement or cancellation to the participants.

13.8.  Stall Allocation

Based on the participant’s PRIORITY and on first-come-first served basis, allocation of the position and dimensions of the stall will be made by ITPO/IPAMA. The details of stall/space allotment will be communicated to the participant by 10th December 2008.

ITPO/IPAMA reserve the right to re-allocate the space allotted to the participant at any time, prior to the commencement of the exhibition, should exceptional circumstances warrant such change to the location, size and dimensions of the stall. ITPO/IPAMA further reserves the right to shift or close entrances and exits of the stalls or remove any of the proposed amenities and undertake any structural alterations. Such re-allocations will be at the sole discretion of ITPO/IPAMA and the exhibitors shall have no claim for compensation as a result of the re-allocation as above.

There are stanchions/pillars in the Exhibition Halls. The space occupied by the stanchions/pillars forms an integral part of the stall space allocated and sold.

13.9.  Use of Stall Space

The exhibitor is required to exhibit the goods and to man the stall with competent personnel during the exhibition hours.

The exhibitor will be liable for any damage to walls and floors etc., of the structures in which the exhibits are housed.

Except for basic Light Fittings, Fascia, Carpet, three Chairs, one Table, seven Spot Lights with an Electric Socket outlet and one Dustbin provided in stalls under Shell Space Scheme (per 15 Sq. Mtrs. on pro-rata basis) by ITPO/IPAMA, all other decorations, furnishings, fittings, display, lighting etc., will have to be carried out and procured by the exhibitor.

13.10.  Tariff for Electricity

Connection/Consumption charges for electric supply to the exhibitors will be as under :

Tariff for Power Connection is @ Rs. 190/-per KW for the entire duration of the exhibition.

Tariff for Power Consumption is @ Rs. 132/-per KW per day for running the machines, during the pre-exhibition and exhibition days. Plus 5% Contingency Charges are payable extra both on Connection & Consumption charges.

13.11.  Load Calculation

 

The participant booking Shell Space should not include Lighting Load while applying for Power Load for machines.

The participants booking Bare Space should include Lighting Load also while applying for Power Load for machines.Requirement for Electricity/Power to be sent as per Form-I.

13.12 Power Distribution

I.    Power requirements and connections will be authorised by ITPO/IPAMA after prescribed charges are received.

II.    All participants should note that 1 KW supply/outlet will be made available in every single stall as a facility for lighting/fans etc., at the above rates. If the connected load to a stall holder is above 150KW, then ITPO/IPAMA will provide two power outlets.

III.  The exhibitor will be responsible to get the wiring done inside the stall at his own cost for the machines, air- conditioners, lights and other  electrical equipment and connect the wires into the power outlets in the stall. This work should be got done by an ITPO approved electrical contractor.

Exhibitor may assign the work to the approved contractor unless he has competent electrical contractor to get the work done. The cost of all such electrical work within the stall will be borne solely by the exhibitor.

13.13. Prohibitions on Power Supply

         The exhibitor is prohibited from :

a)     Drawing electric power in excess of the connected load without the approval of ITPO/IPAMA.

b)    Re-selling electricity to a third party.

c)     Utilizing electricity by making alterations, modification etc., to electrical equipments.

Note: The generation, distribution and use of electricity in the Union of India are regulated by the Indian Electricity Act, 1956 as amended from time to time. The provisions of the above Act/ Rules, shall apply to all exhibitors.

I.     The exhibitor shall cause his electrical installations to be inspected and certified conforming to the relevant Acts, Rules and Specifications of the Indian Electricity Act/ Rules by the electrical engineer at site.

II.  ITPO/IPAMA reserves the right to discontinue the power supply to an exhibitor in the event of infringement of the prescribed rules and regulations.

III.   ITPO/IPAMA shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained by the exhibitor due to suspension, limitation or discontinuance of power supply service in case of natural disasters, failure of bulk power supply to the exhibition, suspension of power supply for safety reasons or due to any other causes beyond the control of ITPO/IPAMA or for disconnecting of power supply to any exhibitor for infringement of the above regulations.

IV.  The exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any claim for damages or loss arising out of faulty wiring in his stand, infringement of the regulations, any injury to third person or visitor, damage to property of the neighbouring exhibitor or the assets of ITPO/IPAMA. The exhibitor shall make good any such loss to ITPO/IPAMA and to the affected party.

13.14. Other Utilities

A.  Drinking Water

Drinking Water will be provided to the exhibitors free of charge.

B.  Water for Machines

Connection/Consumption charges for Water supply to the exhibitors will be as under:

 

Tariff for Water Connection is @ Rs. 2810/- per connection for the entire duration of the Exhibition. Tariff for Water Consumption is @ Rs. 450/- per tap, per day, for running the machines, during the pre-exhibition and exhibition days. Plus 5% Contingency Charges are payable extra both on Connection & Consumption charges.

13.15. Stall Erection

Exhibitors in Bare Space must submit to ITPO/IPAMA a layout plan of their stall showing the positions of machines/exhibits, fittings, furniture and office cubicles etc., with their dimensions in Meter, latest by 13th December 2008, as per Form-II. The height of the side panel and walls not to exceed 2.4 Mtr. Modifications/alterations suggested by ITPO/IPAMA will be binding on the exhibitors.

Exhibitors can take possession of their stalls, as per Form-III and begin the work of installing machines and exhibits from 13th January 2009 onwards and this work must be completed by 18.00 hours on 17th January 2009. Thereafter no work will be permitted to be carried out in the hall.

It is proposed to hold the Inaugural Function on Sunday, the 18th January 2009. The exhibitors should, therefore, ensure that the stalls are completed in every respect by the deadline date and time.

Note: Considering that a period of 05 days has been provided for bringing in and installing exhibits, it is highly desirable on the part of the exhibitors to plan arrival of exhibit cases well in advance at the Pragati Maidan, immediately on commencement of the entry period viz. 13th January 2009. The exhibitors are also advised to discuss and plan their schedules of bringing in exhibits with the approved Freight.

Forwarding and On-Site Material Handling Agents to ensure timely arrival of exhibits.

13.16. Damage to Flooring

Exhibitors will not be permitted to fasten machines or any part of display to walls, columns or floor. Foundations, anchorage, bolt holes and holes of any type shall not be drilled in the floor of the exhibition halls, columns or walls without the specific written permission of ITPO/IPAMA.

Exhibitors are responsible for restoring the floor of the exhibition hall to its original condition. Foundations and holes drilled in the floor must be repaired to the specifications outlined by ITPO/IPAMA.

13.17. Identification

Exhibitors' staff should wear proper identification on their person and shall produce the same whenever demanded by the authorized security personnel or representative of ITPO/IPAMA at any time during the construction, exhibition or dismantling periods. Anybody found to be without proper identification or of dubious character or behaving in a drunken or disorderly manner or committing an offence, trespass or rude behavior shall be removed forthwith from the exhibition ground.

13.18. Octroi Duty

At present, on entry of goods from outside, no Octroi is payable to Delhi Municipal Corporation. However, in future, if Octroi will be payable, ITPO will issue Octroi Exemption Certificate to the participants.

13.19. Deputation of Technicians

All participants should depute their technicians, well in advance, so as to complete the erection of machinery and take trial runs from 13th January 2009. Names of technical person/persons should be sent to ITPO/IPAMA latest by 15th December 2008.

13.20. Handling facilities

Unloading of exhibit cases and their handling at the exhibition site is to be arranged by the exhibitors themselves throughITPO/IPAMA’s approved Material Handling Agents only. (Annexure-I) For this, necessary information may be sent to the Material Handling Agent as per  Form-IV and at the rates appended thereto.

It will be the responsibility of the exhibitors to see that the exhibit cases are brought to the exhibition hall as per the schedule (ref. Para 13.15) and ensure that the work of installing and dismantling the exhibits/stalls is carried out within the stipulated time.

13.21. Clearing & Forwarding

ITPO/IPAMA has appointed official Freight Forwarding & On-Site Material Handling Agents for handling local and imported exhibit consignments (Annexure I). Their services will include assistance in carrying out formalities for the customs clearance of imported exhibits, transport and handling of exhibits at the exhibition ground, loading/unloading & storage of exhibit cases. The exhibitor is, however, free to appoint anyone of the agents for such work.

13.22. Shipment of Exhibits

The exhibitor may write to the authorised clearing agent for clearance of their imported exhibits at the port and settle the charges directly with the clearing agent concerned.

Crates and packages for the exhibition should be marked "PRINTPACK INDIA 2009" at the top together with the name of the clearing agent of the exhibitor.

The following documents are to be prepared and sent along with the consignment :

a. One original and three non-negotiable copies of the Bill of Lading/Airway Bill (freight pre-paid) duly endorsed in favour of the clearing agent. The name and address of the clearing agent must be mentioned as "First Notify" on Bill of Lading/Airway Bill.

b. i) In case Airway Bill is not endorsed, Authority Letter addressed to airlines to issue delivery order in favour of the clearing agent.

ii) 6 sets of Commercial Invoices showing CIF value and detailed description of goods.

iii) 6 copies of the Packing List giving quantity of items contained in each package, net/gross weight and sizes of the packages.

iv) Certificate of Origin in duplicate.

v) Insurance Cover in original plus one copy.

vi) Re-export Bond in triplicate, with bank guarantee and covering letter from the bank (details will be furnished on request by clearing & forwarding agents).

vii) Importer's Declaration on exhibitor's letterhead (details will be furnished on request by clearing & forwarding agents).

viii) Product Catalogue/Working Manual of exhibits, in triplicate.

13.23.  Despatching of Exhibits

On every exhibit sent for display at the exhibition, a label should be attached to show the following :

a)      Manufacturer's/Exporter's name.

b)      Name of each exhibit with Certificate of Origin.

c)      Manufacturer's mark, if any.

d)      All  packages  should  be  secure  and sturdy.

13.24.  Packing Instructions

Exhibits for shipment by sea should be packed in strong wooden boxes capable of withstanding rough handling both at the ports and in transit and marked :

PORT: MUMBAI-INDIA

 

Each box/crate should have one copy of the packing list prepared in accordance with the requirements indicated below. In case the packages contain any easily breakable or damageable exhibits, the same may be indicated on the crate/package with the mark FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE.

13.25.  Packing List

Packing list with 6 copies should be sent to the clearing agent concerned. The packing list should indicate the following :

a)  Quantity case-wise

b)  Description of item with model and serial number.

c)  Nett/gross weight of each exhibit.

d)  Size of each package and total number of packages

13.26.  Invoice for Exhibits

PRINTPACK INDIA 2009 should be marked at the top of the invoice and drawn in favour of the clearing agent appointed by the participant. The invoice should contain the following information :

a)      Quantity item-wise.

b)      CIF value in Indian rupees for each item.

c)      Insurance policy for comprehensive risk together with the total value for insurance purposes.

d)      Detailed description of goods, model & serial number and identification marks for each item. List of spare parts should be shown separately with individual values and not clubbed with the value of the machine.

e)      Total number of packages.

f)        Gross and Nett weight of each case containing exhibits and other materials.

13.27.  Import of Exhibits

a)     Goods imported into India for PRINTPACK INDIA 2009 are allowed without import licence or Customs Clearance Permit on the condition that the same are re-exported within a period of six months of the closure of exhibition and a bond to that effect, supported by a bank guarantee or surety of the respective Embassy / High Commission or Trade Commission or ATA Carnet guaranteed by the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi, is furnished to the customs authorities at the time of clearance of goods. In the event of failure to re-export as aforesaid, the duty and Import Trade Control fine will be levied there on.

More information may be obtained from the Clearing & Forwarding Agent, on request.

b)     Consumables and goods meant for distribution or sale are NOT covered under ATA Carnet facility.

13.28. Business Visitors Guide

 

A Business Visitors Guide on exhibitors and exhibits will be published in English for use by exhibitors and visitors to PRINTPACK INDIA 2009. The Guide will contain the following information :

a)                  Exhibition Floor Plan

b)                  Alphabetical list of Exhibitors.

c)                  Index of Products exhibited in the Exhibition.

Exhibitors are to furnish necessary information as per Form-V and mail it back to us promptly.

Under ‘Products on Display’, exhibitors should list only those products which are actually on display within the booth of the exhibitor.

No changes will be entertained in the details of ‘Products on Display’ given in Form-Vafter

13.29.  Name Boards & Stall Display etc.

a)      The exhibitor will not be permitted to put up any Name Board of his own outside or at the entrance of the stall. However, the exhibitor will be free to put up his company's/firm's logo, monogram or name inside the stall.

b)      Dividers or partitions will not be allowed in front of the stalls or the border lines of the stalls or in front of the passages/alleys.

c)      Display boards and panels should be kept inside the stall subject to the condition that the dimensions will not exceed 1.5 Meters in length, width or height.

d)      Use of bright and/or coloured decorative 1ights, neon signs of any size, shape or colour (including those depicting exhibitor's name or logo) or any other similar electrical decorative materials is strictly forbidden.

e)      Use of any type of loudspeakers or musical instruments in the stalls is forbidden.

f)        Exhibitors are permitted to set up office / consultation cabins but the height of the cabins should not obscure the display of adjacent stalls.

13.30.  Catalogues & Sales Pamphlets

A sufficient number of descriptive catalogues should be available in the stall, so that, trade enquiries can be attended on-the-spot. Five copies of such publications should be sent to ITPO/IPAMA’s office.

All business activities of an exhibitor must be conducted from within the exhibitor's leased exhibit area. Catalogues, pamphlets and publications pertaining to an exhibitor's products, samples or souvenirs may be distributed by the exhibitor only from within his own exhibit area. No exhibitor shall distribute literature pertaining to articles or machines not included in the exhibition except that which describes machines or products manufactured by an exhibitor.

13.31. Other Services

a)   Furniture

The exhibitors will make their own arrangements for hiring of furniture. Particulars of ITPO/IPAMA’s approved contractors from whom the furniture can be hired at exhibitor's own responsibility are furnished at Annexure II.

Rental charges for supply of furniture etc., are at Annexure III.

b) Removal of Waste & Cleaning

ITPO will arrange for cleaning of the Exhibition Halls and collect waste material after the exhibition hours from the exhibitors' stalls.

c) Other Facilities

The following facilities will be provided by ITPO:

13.32.  Lady Hostesses

To supplement their teams, if desired, the exhibitors can hire Lady Hostesses through the ITPO/IPAMA approved agency, (Annexure V) and at approved rate of Rs.850/- per person, per day (Form – VI).

13.33.  Security

ITPO will provide a round-the-clock security service for the general surveillance of the Halls. The    respective    exhibitor    is,    however, responsible for the custody and surveillance of his stall for the duration (including setting up and dismantling) of the exhibition.

Exhibitors displaying easily removable objects are required to guard the stall from the opening time and till the very last minute of the evening closure. Easily removable exhibits or valuables must be locked in the evening in drawers or cupboards. Security personnel will be available for hire by the exhibitors through IPAMA approved agency, (Annexure VI) and at approved rate of Rs. 185/- per person per shift of 8 hours. (Form – VII).

13.34.  Fire Prevention

ITPO will make necessary arrangements for fire prevention equipments within the exhibition halls. The exhibitors are expected to acquaint themselves with the location of the nearest fire hydrants.

13.35.  Insurance

Exhibitors will have to make arrangements for insuring their individual

stalls/machines/any other material. Third party insurance, accident insurance of exhibitor's personnel, third party damage insurance etc., should be covered by the exhibitors.

13.36.  Exit Passes

The exhibitors will be issued exit passes to facilitate the movement of their exhibits out of the Exhibition Ground at the end of the exhibition. Exit passes, as per Form-VIII will be issued only after verification that all charges due have been fully paid by the exhibitor to ITPO/IPAMA. The pass should be shown at the gate at the time of exit of the exhibitors and their exhibits from the Exhibition Grounds.

13.37.  Moving Out Period

The Exhibition will close officially on the evening of 23rd January 2009 and all exhibits should be dismantled and moved out of the exhibition ground positively by 25th January 2009.

Exhibitors must positively adhere to this schedule. ITPO/IPAMA will not be responsible for payment of any penalty for delays in removal of the exhibits.The removal of machines and materials from the exhibition ground may start from 20.00 hours on Friday, the 23rd January 2009 for all those exhibitors who have settled all accounts and have obtained the "EXIT PASS" from ITPO/IPAMA. For each removal of material, an "EXIT PASS" must be completed and submitted to ITPO/IPAMA for endorsement, showing at the same time the "EXIT PASS" for each single operation.

The completed and endorsed "EXIT PASS" must be given to the personnel in charge of the exit doors of the exhibition ground, who, after checking the material to be removed, will retain the pass and allow the material to move out.

13.38.  Safety Regulations

The generally accepted safety rules relating to technology, labour safety and accident prevention should be observed in all the display arrangements. Proper safety guards must be provided on machines for protection from flying chips, sparks and heat etc. ITPO/IPAMA reserves the right to prohibit the operation of machines or equipment, if in their opinion, these pose danger and cause annoyance to visitors and other exhibitors.

13.39.  Force Majeure

Under the conditions of force majeure, which also includes strike, lock-out, bandh or riot, ITPO reserves the right to alter the opening dates and duration or even cancellation of the entire exhibition. In case of cancellation of the exhibition, the stall rental will be refunded to the exhibitors after deducting the proportionate costs already incurred by ITPO/IPAMA.

13.40.  Supplementary Clauses

Whenever necessary, ITPO/IPAMA shall have the right to issue supplementary regulations in addition to these regulations and guidelines to ensure the smooth management of the Exhibition. Any additional written regulations or instructions shall form part of the terms of rules and regulations for participation and shall be binding on the exhibitor.

13.41.  Domicile and Jurisdiction

The implementation of these regulations or supplementary stipulations laid down by ITPO/IPAMA relating to the exhibition shall be deemed to be domiciled at the office of the New Delhi courts. All disputes arising from the exhibitor's participation and from the enforcement of the regulations laid down by ITPO/IPAMA shall be judged according to Indian laws and subject to New Delhi jurisdiction.

13.42.  Agreement to conform to regulations

The exhibitor agrees to comply with all the Rules & Regulations contained herein and to such other regulations as may be notified by ITPO/IPAMA from time to time relating to the participation of exhibitors in PRINTPACK INDIA 2009. Applicants should read all rules & regulations carefully and conform to them fully.

13.43. Indemnification

The exhibitor agrees to indemnify ITPO/IPAMA and hold them harmless from and against any and all claims arising out of the acts of the exhibitor, his agents, representatives and employees, and all contractors, erectors, delivery persons, suppliers and material handling persons, furnishing services, delivery work or materials at the instance of the exhibitor.
