The participants booking Shell Space should not include lighting load while applying for power load for machines. The participants booking Bare Space only should include lighting load also while applying for power load for machines. Power Charges : Power Connection @ Rs. 190/- per KW for the entire duration of the exhibition. In addition, Rs. 132/- per KW per day will be charged for running the machines, during the pre-exhibition and exhibition days plus 5% contingency charges subject to revision by the concerned authority.

Water Charges : Water Connection @ Rs. 2810/- per Connection for the entire duration of the exhibition. In addition, Rs. 450/- per tap per day for water consumption. 5% contingency charges are also payable. This is subject to revision by the concerned authority. Request for water connection is to be made at least 2 months in advance and connection taken 3 days before the exhibition, after which double the charge is levied.
